So I bought 3 new tickets 3 TIMES and all 3 TIMES my card was charged and I didn't get a booking TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDN'NT BOOK FOR ME After so many bugs, I managed to secure a successful booking for Umrah but my old tickets for transport were not appearing for use
The phone number goes to auto voice message and the email falls on deaf ears There is no way to contact the App support team

This is a poorly run app that should be off the market immediately because it is robbing people's money and not booking anything for them

The booking time expired and I was left with SAR 240 total paid without getting a booking and also wasted 2 hours of my life trying to get the booking
