| Here is what happened during my 2 nights as follows: 1- during check in with the receptionist, it took 30 min to get myroom keys and for processing because the receptionist told me your room is not ready and now am communicating with the room service to arrange for your room, even though I made my reservation 4 days ago! The place was convenient and great | 4-Breakfast buffet items were empty for 30mins and We had to wait 20 min for cappuccino and apple juice |
