I usually spend my omra vaccation in this hotel every year but this year is not the same as Room with kaapa view hardly see the Kapaa We will redirect your comments to our management team and hotel staff

SAPTCO : Jeddah Bus Station• We are glad that you enjoyed your stay Normally I get upgraded to Kabah View but despite low occupancy some how this time I was not upgraded which was a little surprise

I was in Pullman Zamzam the last week and touched a sincere efforts from the staff to afford the excellent hostile service as usual

We chose this site specifically to provide our guests with the best view and the closest entrance to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi to enjoy a distinctive spiritual experience Ahmed Badr was supreme as I always expect from my previous Visits

The beds were comfy and bathroom was fine.
